Piston Recordings welcomes Taipei-based DJ and producer William Trilogy back to the label with the superb ‘Free Souls, Free Minds’ which follows his last effort here in 2022 with ‘Together EP.’ A dedicated creator committed to preserving the essence of House Music by honouring its roots while simultaneously embracing the future, his approach involves merging classic sounds with the cutting-edge production techniques of contemporary producers. For him, the ultimate goal is to craft dance tracks that compel people to rise from their seats and hit the dancefloor. Great to see him back once again.

'Free Souls, Free Minds,' opens the release unfolding into a captivating deep house experience. The pulsating rhythm of robust kicks intertwines with a rich, inviting bassline, setting the stage for a playful atmosphere. Percussive elements shuffle with infectious energy, while velvety chords envelop the listener in a comforting warmth. Intriguing vocal chops and whimsical blips add a layer of complexity, leading to a break where a cool vocal phrase emerges.
