We welcome Taipei based DJ, producer Will Trilogy to Piston Recordings with the superb Together EP. Will Trilogy is a producer who is intent on keeping the roots of House Music alive by not forgetting the past, however, he is also keen on looking forward to the future of House Music, combining the classic sounds with the production techniques of the modern-day producer. He believes the most important thing is for a dance track to be something that makes people get up off their butts and onto the dancefloor. Now that is an ethos we can relate to, delighted to have him here.

Together kicks off the release with a drum fuelled groove featuring cool voices and elaborate rhythms. Deep, bubbling analogue basses control the low end as crispy percussions stack up. Powerful, driving deep house for the dancefloor that will not disappoint. Do This is up next, taking a tougher approach thanks to punchy kick drums, sharp hats and plucky basses. Deep, sinister voices add that darker element as heavily effected keys and squelchy lines deliver a musical touch. Play Out concludes the release, offering up a sublime deep house groove filled with percussive tribal tones, soulful basses and warm chords. At the core of the groove lies a powerful, plucky analogue bass accompanied by a vocal which piques the interest, a must have no doubt.
